    Product Manager · Genie Agents

    2023 – Present · San Francisco, CA

    • Sole PM for Genie Agents, Databricks’ natural-language data analytics agent. Built the product from zero to XXXK monthly active users, XK weekly customer accounts, and $XXM in annualized consumption revenue.
    • Worked directly with dozens of Fortune 500 companies from demo to production, translating their data workflows into product direction and partnering with executives on adoption.
    • Shipped retrieval across columns and values, multi-step agent reasoning, and SQL context primitives, improving the useful conversation rate by ~50% (16% → 24% of all conversations).
    • Opened Genie Agents to external applications through REST APIs and MCP, now driving 65% of conversation volume. Built monitoring, authoring APIs, and chat sharing used by 75% of weekly users.
    • Ship ~3 PRs a week across product, documentation, and APIs, and build feature prototypes with coding agents to accelerate customer requests.
    • Created technical demos, videos, blogs, customer stories, webinars, and conference talks reaching 75K+ combined views.

    • Defined and prototyped Risk & Conformance for Cisco Nexus Insights, helping customers detect network drift and compliance issues through interactive reports and diagnostics.
